They also supply to the public sector: with local councils and thousands of schools to improve connectivity in communities and support learning, and with the emergency services to enable them to perform their life-saving skills efficiently. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">In 2017, Virgin Media and BT announced a new five-year Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) agreement. Under the deal, EE agreed to provide wholesale mobile network services to Virgin Media.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">The deal gave Virgin Media increased flexibility to grow its Virgin Mobile operation faster and provide new, innovative services to its customers. The full MVNO agreement, which covers voice and data services, replaced an existing MVNO wholesale agreement between the two companies and extended its exclusivity to 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Virgin Media Business has now announced in the last week that it is to add mobile handsets to the range of services it provides small businesses.
