It\u2019s great to get around virtual tables laid out cabaret style, but as we had billed this session as a \u201cFireside Chat\u201d imagine my joy when Sherry appeared on screen complete with traditional fireplace and a roaring log fire alight in the grate behind her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our topic for conversation on the anniversary of the first lockdown, for the two of them to discuss was, what should we be thinking about as we start to unlock and build back our organisations post pandemic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As we head to the end of the financial year next week, 2021 is showing real signs of promise in terms of a return to a new normal. I am sure like me, you are looking around for commentators and thought leaders you want to listen to and in Sherry and Anthony we really got to worth listening to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So in this blog I wanted to share that conversation with you.
